We interviewed Dimitrij Rupel, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia (1990 – 1993, 2000 – 2008), on his views on countries in transition. The interview was taken during the 2014 Annual Conference of Sofia Platform in Sofia. The Conference was part of a national initiative celebrating the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria.
